Pulahan is group of Bandits that fought against the Spaniards during Spanish occupation in the Philippine Islands. They were among the first convert to the Baptist faith. They were the pioneers of Janiuay Evangelical Church (JEC), the first Protestant Village in the Philippines. Founded in 1902. CEC is the grandmother Church of Janiuay-Badiangan congregations. Some congregations in Capiz trace their origin from the Pulahan.

That's why we decided to make our worship service available online too, so that we can still together worship the Lord wherever we are. Also, our members abroad are able to worship with us even though they are away from us.
